Steve “Kuc” Jude Bouchard, born October 8, 1954 in Manchester, NH, passed away peacefully on June 5, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Steve was born to Roger and Rosealma (Tima) Bouchard, growing up in Manchester and living in the southern New Hampshire area throughout his life.

Shortly after his graduation from Central High School, Steve initially enlisted in the Army before deciding to enlist with the Marines in 1972. After completing his service with the Marines in 1978, Steve continued to serve in the National Guard. Once his service days were behind him, Steve would carry that honor with him as a proud member of the American Legion.

Steve would marry the love of his life at this time, Pamela, which whom they shared 44 beautiful years of their lives together.

Steve went to trade school to become a licensed plumber, having a long and fruitful career for 35 years, 22 of which were spent as a dedicated employee for Denron Hall.

In his younger days, he was an avid outdoorsman and loved testing his mettle with his son Ian, taking weeklong survival camping trips, where they would fish, live off the land, and make lasting memories together. In his downtime, Steve loved playing horseshoes with whoever dared to challenge him. He was a vibrant and outgoing person, and had no trouble making quick friends with his social charm.

In his later years, Steve settled down and lived a more quiet and peaceful life of solitude but always remained the kind and caring soul he will forever be remembered as.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Pamela (Raymond) Bouchard.

Steve is survived by his son; Ian Bouchard, his sisters; Suzanne Morin and Robin Ann Bouchard; and his many nieces and nephews.

Steve will always be remembered by those who loved him for his zest for life and his adventurous spirit.

Services will be held on June 22, from 9:00am to 11:00am at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. A committal service will follow at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery at 12:00pm.
