Susan D. (Lowenthal) Brosseau, 76, of Milford, passed away at Ledgewood Bay in Milford on June 23, 2023.

She was born in London, England on December 24, 1946, the daughter of the late Bert and Ruth (Borax) Lowenthal. She was raised in Auburn, NH and worked for many years for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development as a HUD Representative. She was an avid reader, loved board and card games, and her animals, especially her dogs. She was passionate about the years she spent as a CASA volunteer. She will be remembered as being very strong-willed and a fighter. She was the widow of Leo Brosseau who died in 2021.

Susan is survived by her two sons, David Brosseau of Manchester and Nick Brosseau and his significant other, Ehrin Kelly of New Boston; four grandchildren, Chantel, Joshua, Haley, and Sydney; her identical twin sister, Carol Payette of ME; and nephews, nieces, and cousins. Susan was predeceased in death by her brother, Peter Lowenthal.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 27th at 10:30 AM in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
