Tammy Marie
Dugan
September 18, 1958 – June 14, 2026
Phaneuf Funeral Home
2:00 - 5:00 pm (Eastern time)
Tammy Marie Dugan, 67, of Manchester, NH was called home on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at CMC Hospital surrounded by loved ones. Tammy was born in Lawrence, MA.
Tammy's greatest pleasure was being a loving mother to her children and a loving wife. Tammy was a substance abuse nurse who served her patients with love, compassion and provided them with God Orderly Direction - she did God’s work. Tammy obtained her License Practical Nursing degree later in life, through hard work and commitment while still being there for her family.
Tammy loved, first and foremost, being there for her children and husband. She was a person who lived her life according to a Set of Spiritual Principles for over 35 years, One Day At A Time. Her commitment to her beliefs allowed her to share her love and compassion to all she knew and those she cared for in her nursing career. Tammy loved to enjoy life. Any time spent with Jasmine, her “mini me” or Joe, her “Sunshine” - were her most precious gifts. She loved her time at what we all referred to as ‘The Peeps’! She loved to go relax and play the slot machines while catching up with her friends and family at the casino. Plus, she loved taking care of her husband, Larry. Leaving him good morning notes to shut off the coffee pot and turn off the stove burners before heading to work. She would also get him “pocket money” with a note saying ‘Pa’s Pocket Money’ with a little smiley face. When she was a winner the note would say ‘Winnings for You’.
Tammy is survived by her husband Larry, her children Jasmine - Joe and his wife Jen who gave her 3 grandchildren Paisley, Weston and Oliver and her oldest son Buddy. Tammy is survived by her father Emile Charest and his partner M’Elle. Tammy is the oldest of nine siblings: Anton, Donna, Charlene, Velvet, Michael, Becky and David and predeceased by her mother Ruth Charest, her brother Emile and her grandmother Isabelle.
A service will be held at Phanuef Funeral Home - 243 Hanover Street - Manchester NH on Saturday June 20, 2026 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hope for Recovery NH https://recoverynh.org/donate/
