Theodore "Ted" Bessette

Theodore W. "Ted" Bessette, 65, of Northwood died suddenly December 6, 2012 at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

He was born on June 12, 1947 in Manchester, NH the son of the late Maurice and Muriel (Blouin) Bessette. Ted was raised and educated in Manchester where he was a self-employed painting contractor for 40 years.

He was a kind, generous, family oriented man. In most recent years it was his grandchildren, Kaileigh, Olivia, Tate, and Clara that brought him the greatest joy. He will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to be a part of his life.

Surviving family members include his wife of 37 years, Linda (Hartnett) Bessette of Northwood, a son, Benjamin Bulis, his wife Ania and their children Olivia and Tate of Bozeman, MT; his daughter, Sarah Bessette, her partner, Bob Baker and daughter Kaileigh of Rochester, NH; his daughter, Maggie Johnson, her husband Jeremiah and their daughter Clara of Candia, NH; his brother, Raymond and his wife Jackie of Manchester; two sisters, Connie Bessette of Manchester and Janice Manning and her husband Tom of Newburyport, MA; brother in-law and dear friend Chip Nelson of Peaks Island, Maine and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ted was predeceased by his brother, Tommy Bessette, in 1974.

A Celebration of Ted's life will be held on Saturday Dec. 15th from 1:00 to 3:00PM at his home in Northwood. Friends are welcome to join the family in celebrating Ted's life.
