LITTLETON, NH Theodore Wayne Mason, age 68, passed away on June 6, 2008 at the Littleton Regional Hospital.
Teddy was born on December 17, 1939, a son to Homer and Teresa (Hill) Mason, in Whitefield, NH. He was a 1957 graduate of Whitefield School.
Teddy was employed as a laborer at Norton Pike for many years, served as a custodian in the Littleton schools, and also enjoyed working in the Pro Shop at Maplewood Country Club in Bethlehem.
Teddy enjoyed all sports and was an avid New York Yankees fan, as well as a New York Giants fan. He loved to watch high school basketball games whenever time allowed. He had a passion for the game of golf and even caddied for President Eisenhower. He was a lifetime member of the Littleton Elks Lodge and Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He is survived by two daughters, Pamela Bowman, Deborah Rexford and her husband, Eric; one son, Bruce Mason and his wife, Wendy; three grandchildren, Shawn Lyndes, Nealy Mason, and Alexis Rexford, his ex-wife, Carol Mason, all of Littleton; two brothers, Donald and his wife, Shirley Mason of Bow, NH and Timothy Mason of Lancaster, NH; and his cousins, Barbara and Bill Jones of Whitefield, NH, and Ronnie and Skip Mason of Litchfield, NH. He was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey Mason, and his parents.
SERVICESA Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home located at 101Union Street in Littleton, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Teddys memory may be made to the Littleton Elks Youth Fund, c/o Littleton Elks Club, Route 302, Littleton, NH 03561.
