Theresa Ann Chase

Theresa A. Chase,62, of Plaistow, NH died Monday December 6, 2021 after fighting a fast-progressing case of ALS.

Theresa was born in Billerica, MA on June 12, 1959 and at a young age moved to Plaistow, NH where she laid down her roots. She graduated from Timberlane School district, class of 1978. Theresa worked an the field of drafting during the early part of her career and later received her associates degree as a Registered Nurse from Northern Essex Community College. Later in life she found herself taking up the position of Director of Nurses at Baker-Katz nursing home in Haverhill, MA where she found her true calling. Outside of work she spent as much time as possible split between traveling and surrounding herself with family and friends every opportunity she got. Some of her most valued days were spent having cookouts by the pool.

Theresa was someone who would do anything for her family and that includes friends of the family who may have been looking for somewhere to spend the holidays, needed a place to stay, or just someone to talk to. She made sure her door was always open and everyone was welcome. Later in life she fulfilled her dream of being a grandmother and it suited her well.

She is the loving & devoted mother of two children, Tiffany Boucher of Plaistow, NH and William Boucher and wife Erin of Fremont, NH. Her Beloved Husband Arthur Chase of Plaistow, NH. Adored Grammie of Cameron Dow. Loving daughter of Joan Pichowicz and late Nicholas Pichowicz of Plaistow, NH. Dear sister of Irene Ray and husband David, Darlene Lynch and husband Mike, Nicholas Pichowicz and wife Angela all of Plaistow, NH and Paula Peltonovich and husband Gary of Newton, NH as well as Sister-in-Law Jane Chase. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends she would call family.

SERVICES: Viewing Hours will be held from 4PM - 6:30PM on Saturday, December 18th at the Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH, 03104.
