Theresa P. Dionne

Theresa P. Dionne, 91, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2021, surrounded by family at Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation Center following a period of declining health.

Born in Manchester, NH on December 4, 1929, she was the daughter of Joseph Gosselin & Yvonne Lamothe.

Theresa was a long-term resident of St. Augustine, FL. She will be remembered for her love of playing cribbage, bingo, and any type of card game with her friends in Florida and family (not including her daughters). She enjoyed taking many trips and cruises, especially when they involved going to the casinos. She adored butterflies of any kind which was seen when visiting at her home.

She is predeceased by her husband, George J. Dionne, married September 2, 1950. Theresa was the last surviving sibling, of George Gosselin, Roland Gosselin, Evelyn Neveu, Germaine Chatel.

She is survived by her four children, Celeste Dionne of St. Augustine, FL, Peter Dionne and his wife, LaRae of Hooksett, NH., Monique Savoie of Manchester, NH., Georges Dionne of Stowe, VT., five grandchildren, Anthony, Nicole, Natalie, Jacob, Eli and twelve great grandchildren.

SERVICES: A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 16th from 2pm - 5:30pm at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. Theresa will be laid to rest with her husband at Mt. Calvary Cemetery and burial will be private.
