Theresa Lorraine Sacco

Theresa Lorraine (Rule) Sacco, 91, of Concord (formerly of Penacook) passed away on February 23, 2022 at the Granite VNA Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Paul J. Sacco and her son Paul Sacco. She is survived by her son Peter Sacco and his wife, Valerie of Concord, NH, son Stephen Sacco and Amy Moskwa of Tilton, daughter-in-law Vicky Huber of Fort Collins, CO, grandson Tim Sacco and his wife Mahala of Clinton, NY, grandson Trevor Sacco and his girlfriend Stephanie Sarette of Concord, NH, granddaughters Alexandria and Elizabeth Sacco both of Epsom, NH, great grandson, Sasha Sacco of Clinton, NY and many, many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.

She was born in Canterbury, NH on May 2, 1930, the youngest child of Alfred and Josephine (Miller) Rule. Lorraine was raised in Penacook  and was a graduate of Penacook High School (class of 1948). She was a lifelong member of the Immaculate Conception Church and an active member of both the Church and the Community. Lorraine was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, past President of the Emblem Club, and a devoted Cub Scout Den mother for many years.

Lorraine worked in banking for most of her life. She enjoyed a long retirement filled with travel, sporting events, dance recitals and many celebrations. She enjoyed visiting all of the 50 states and several European countries with her husband Paul. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was very proud of their many accomplishments. She was delighted to be able to see her first great grandchild, Sasha, through the magic of technology.

SERVICES:  Memorial calling hours will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 172 King Street in Boscawen, NH on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 4-7 pm. A Catholic Mass will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, 9 Bonney Street in Penacook, NH on Thursday, March 3 at 10:00 am. Interment will be held privately at the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Granite VNA Hospice House.
