Therese Plaisance

Therese (Bourque) Plaisance – Goffstown Age 71 of Goffstown, died Sunday April 2nd at Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown. She was born on July 3, 1934 in Manchester, the daughter of George and Yvonne (Gaudette) Bourque. She was raised and educated in Manchester, and graduated from St. Marie High School Class of 1952. She had worked for 27 years for New England Telephone Company in Manchester and had retired from NYNEX in Bedford in 1991. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert D. Plaisance of Goffstown. Two sons; Walter Plaisance of Manchester and Michael Plaisance of Holyoke, MA. Daughter Denise Nelson of Dunbarton. Brother Roger Bourque of Manchester. One niece, three nephews and cousins also survive her. In Her Life: She is survived by her daughter-in-law Diane Plaisance of Manchester. Son-in-law Jeffrey Nelson of Dunbarton. 4 grandchildren; Nicole Marshall of Hooksett, Joseph Plaisance of Boston, MA. Scott Nelson and Robert Nelson, both of Dunbarton. She was pre-deceased by her brother Gerard Bourque. There are no calling hours. A memorial funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday April 5th at 11:30 AM at St. Marie Church in Manchester. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum in Manchester.
