Therese D. (St. Onge) St. Laurent, 79, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 20, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Elphege and Cora (Bouchard) St. Onge. Raised and educated in Manchester, she married the love of her life, the late Henry St. Laurent, and dedicated herself to raising their children. Therese worked in the bakery department at Shaw's Supermarkets prior to retirement.
A beloved wife, mother, and memere, Therese's family was paramount in her life. She cherished Sunday dinners with her family, playing cards with Henry, and spending quality time with family and friends. Therese and Henry loved to travel around the United States together. In more recent years, she enjoyed making friends and participating in activities at the Manchester Senior Center. Therese will be best remembered for her generous heart and dedication to family.
Therese is survived by her six daughters, Paulette Rochette of Nashua, Debra Simard, Diane Bourque, Donna Hebert, Doreen Bourassa, and Heidi Vallee and husband Victor, all of Manchester; son, Raymond Hebert and wife Bonnie of Manchester; 17 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, Therese was predeceased by her husband, Henry, with whom she shared 45 years of marriage; her two daughters, Suzanne Maynard and Claudette St. Laurent; two sons-in-law, Robert Rochette, and Roland Bourque; brother, Robert St. Onge; and sister, Rose Dube.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her Visitation will be held in the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave., Manchester, on Sunday, July 23, from 5:00 to 8:00P.M. Her Funeral Service will be held in the Phaneuf Funeral Home on Monday, July 24, at 10:00A.M. followed by committal in the St. Augustin Cemetery, S. Beech St., Manchester. Friends and relatives invited.
