Mr. Thomas E. Harris, 71, of Fremont, NH died June 28, 2011 at the Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH following a period of declining health.
He was born on November 18, 1939 in Manchester, NH the son of the late Edmund and Gladys (Zindt) Harris. He was raised and educated in Manchester, attending West High School. He was a resident of Fremont for many years.
Mr. Harris worked in sales during his career.
He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid collector of guns and stamps.
Mr. Harris was a member of the Tern Vernon Club in Manchester and a longtime member of the Pointer Fish and Game Club.
He is survived by his sons, Daniel Harris of Hooksett, NH and Michael Caron of Stratford, NH; daughters, Lydia Johnson of Canaan, VT, Jane Eddings of Belmont, NH, Gwendolyn Harris of Littleton, NH Cheryl Zaracotis of Deerfield, NH and Theresa Caron of Dallas, TX and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife of 25 years, Barbara (McFarlane) Harris who died on January 5, 2010.
