Tiffanie M. Ducharme, 23 of Hooksett passed away on March 22, 2015. Loving mother of Lilly and Dylan Ducharme, Beloved daughter of Heidi (Hazzard) and Robert Durcharme Jr. of Hooksett. Dear sister of Jennifer Harrison, Crystal Ducharme, and Felisha Ducharme. Granddaughter of Mickie Lansil of Hooksett, Richard, Stelmach, and Robert and Debbie Dimond of Manchester. ALso survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Tiffanie was always know for her silly sense of humor and her love for animals.
SERVICES: Family and friends will honor and remember Tiffanie's life by gathering in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 250 Coolidge Ave. (corner of Bremer St.) on Manchester's West Side on Friday, March 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial will take place at a later date.
