Timothy P. St. Cyr, 22, of Fayetteville, NC and formerly of Manchester, died November 15, 2005 in Fayetteville as a result injuries sustained from an automobile accident. He was born in Manchester on September 22, 1983, the son of Philip E. and Diane M. (Southwick) St. Cyr. He had lived all of his life in Manchester prior to moving to North Carolina in 2003. A 2001 Trinity High School graduate, he was a varsity hockey and soccer player. He attended the University of New England in Biddeford, ME. He then joined the United States Air Force where he was crew chief on A-10 attack aircraft. He enjoyed team sports, working on automobiles and loved to spend time with his many friends and his family. Tim was a volunteer for the Make A Wish Foundation and the American Red Cross. He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of Precious Blood Monastery and had been a parishioner of St. Catherine Church. Family members include his parents of Manchester; a brother, Ryan St. Cyr of Manchester; his paternal grandparents; Emile and Claire (Dupont) St. Cyr of Manchester; his maternal grandparents, J. Arthur and June (Traversy) Southwick of Largo, FL; his godfather, Scott Southwick of Derry; and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 in St. Catherine Church. Interment with military honors will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
