TREVOR CHAMPAGNE
LITTLETON, NH -- Trevor Champagne, 79 of Littleton, NH passed away on Saturday June 25, 2016 after a few years of declining health. He was born in Littleton on February 9, 1937 to Hubert and Lucy Champagne. After graduating from Littleton High School, he enlisted in the US Air Force and served for 10 years. It was during his time in the service at Chanute Air Force Base in Rantoul Illinois, he met and married his wife, of 56 years, Reva.
After his time in the service, he and his family returned to live in Littleton where he was employed in various shoe shops such as Connors and Hoffman. In his later years, he also delivered for Napa Auto Parts.
Trevor was a member of the Littleton Elks where he and Reva could often be found on Saturday nights at dances. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved to hunt and fish and you could often see him cruising around the back roads of Littleton. He was an avid Patriots fan.
Trevor is survived by his wife, Reva his four children, Jeff Champagne and his wife Nancy, Scott Champagne and his wife Audrey, Julie Porfido and her husband Frank, and Greg Champagne and his wife Alicia, also 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is also survived by his sister Theresa Sargent, and many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his parents and 3 brothers (Wendell, Leon and Simmie)
SERVICES – A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the St Rose of Lima Church with Reverend Mark Dollard as Celebrant. A reception will immediately follow at the Elks Lodge on Route 302 in Littleton. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to St. Rose of Lima Church or North Country Home Health.
