Victor M. Gamache

Victor M. Gamache, 84, died December 9, 2006 at Genesis Health Care Center, Bedford. He was born December 7, 1922 in Manchester to Wilibert and Diana (Carter) Gamache. Before his retirement he was an Electrical Design Technician for Control Power System for many years. Mr. Gamache was a World War II Navy Veteran, past president of AARP and was an avid bowler. He also volunteered various charities such as the soup kitchen and ran bingo at St. Francis. The family includes his wife of 60 years Eva (Trudeau) Gamache of Bedford; one son Paul Gamache and on daughter Debbie Geoffroy both of Lyman, NH; one sister Irene Truska of NH; various nephews, nieces and cousins. In his life he also leaves a granddaughter Lisa Roberson of Manchester. Calling hours are Wednesday from 1-3:30pm at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., the corner of Union Street, Manchester, NH. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:30pm. Burial will follow at a later date.
