Vincent L. Valade

GOFFSTOWN – Vincent L. Valade, 49, died Monday, October 15, after a long and valiant fight against a debilitating disease. He was born on December 25, 1957, the son of Edmond and Doris (Pinette) Valade. Vincent was a resident for most of his life in Goffstown and Manchester. Vincent was a graduate of Goffstown High School in 1976, and attended the University of New Hampshire. He was employed as a produce manager for Shaw’s Supermarket. Vincent was an ardent Gem and Mineral collector and a longtime secretary of the Capital Mineral Club, in Concord. He loved the outdoors, often climbing the NH mountains in search of minerals. Members of his family include, his 3 loving daughters, Jennifer Zabel, of Penacook; Katherine Valade, of Goffstown; Kimberley Valade of Weare, NH; a sister, Judith Ayers, of Gaithersburg, MD; and a brother, John Valade, of Goffstown, NH.two nephews and one niece. IN HIS LIFE:He also leaves several uncles and aunts. Those of us who knew and loved this gentle and amicable young man will never forget the happiness he brought to us and we will miss him dearly. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 20, from 10 – 11 A.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A memorial service will follow at 11 A.M. in the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium.
