VIOLETTE M. HULTS MANCHESTER - Violette M. (Pelletier) Hults, 80, died Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at her daughter's home, in Manchester. Mrs. Hults was born on November 29, 1928, in Goffstown, the daughter of the late Odilon and Mary (Harrington) Pelletier. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester, only residing for 8 years in Ohio. At the time of her employment, Mrs. Hults worked in various mills throughout the city. Her hobbies and interest include; crocheting, shopping, doing puzzles, and visiting the White Mountains. She also loved animals. Members of her family include; her 2 sons, Richard Hults, Charles Hults, both of Manchester; 4 daughters, Pauline Marquis, Barbara Wing, Nancy Lafayette and Maxine Lindner, all of Manchester; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Hults was predeceased by her husband, Max W. Hults, who died in 1986, and by her daughter, Carole Lafayette, who died in 1990. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, February 21, from 2 – 3 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3 P.M. Burial will take place at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery, in Manchester. It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial gifts to The American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, #110, Bedford, NH 03110, or to VNA of Manchester and Southern NH, Hospice Care, 33 S. Commercial Street, Suite 401, Manchester, NH 03101, in memory of Mrs. Hults.
