Walter Crosby, 62, of Center Ossipee, NH, died March 1, 2006, at Catholic Medical Center. Walter was born in Beverly, Ma., on February 29, 1944, and was the son of the late Robert L. and Madalene (Dodge) Crosby and has been a resident of Center Ossipee. Walter served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Conflict. He worked many years for Siemens Nixdorf Information System. Mr. Crosby loved working with electronics, especially building T.V.'s and Computers. He loved boating on Lake Ossipee. IN HIS LIFE: Family members include two brothers; Robert Crosby and his wife Marjorie of Beverly, Ma., and Roger Crosby and his wife Irene of Brentwood, NH, his two predeceased brothers; C. Loren Crosby and Wendell L. Crosby, three sisters; Mrs. Roger (Marcia) Jackins of N. Bath, Maine, Mrs. William (Jeanne) Blackburn of Cutler Bay, Florida and Mrs. Earl (Janet) Jones of Middleton, Massachusetts, his sister-in-law Doris Crosby of Falmouth, Maine, and many, many loving nieces and nephews with fond memories of their Uncle Walter. SERVICES: A Memorial Reception will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH on Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 o'clock with his service at 3:30 in the funeral home chapel.
