Warren A. Tibbetts, Sr., 88 of Avon Park, FL died July 13, 2008. Services: Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM. Funeral services will take place on Friday morning at 10:00 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
