Wendy Lisa Brown, 46, passed away October 18, 2011. She was born in Winsted, CT on May 6, 1965 the daughter of Walter and Florence (Richmond) Brown.
Wendy grew up in the Burlington, CT area and later moved to Brattleboro in 1990.
Wendy was a loving and caring person who was devoted to her family and her church. She was very involved with her local parish, the First United Methodist Church of Brattleboro.
Besides her parents she is predeceased by her brother, Walter Brown.
Wendy is survived by her three sons, Christopher Mercure of Gulf port, MS, Matthew Mercure and Joseph Mercure both of Brattleboro; one brother, Carl Brown of Barkhamsted, CT and two sisters, Dawn Brown of Bristol, CT and Laurie LaPage of CT.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday Oct. 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church, Brattleboro.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Drop In Center, 60 South Main Street
