William John Apostoles

William John Apostoles, 79, son of John Apostoles and Theresa Lessard Apostoles, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family after fall on ice and declining health on Friday February 7 2025 at the Elliot Hospital.

Billy was born in Manchester, N.H. On June 14th.1945.

He served his country as a proud Marine serving two tours in Vietnam Nam from 1963 to 1969. Once a Marine always a Marine. Billy marched in parades and helped vets in need. He worked in sales and hospitality. He was an avid golfer and played at Derryfield Country Club. Billy was resilient and positive throughout his illness. He is now at peace and we will miss him always and forever. Semphi Fi Marine

He was preceded by his brother James Apostoles in 1973.

He was married to his wife and partner Diane George Apostoles for almost 44 years. In addition to his wife he has one son William James Apostoles and partner Jennifer Molin; two sisters Diane Marie Apostoles and Linda Apostoles Persons and friend George; one brother Robert Apostoles and wife Donna Apostoles; three grandchildren Krista Apostoles and partner Nate,Haleigh Apostoles, Another Billy Normand Apostoles; two sister-in laws Katherine and Evelyn; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

There will be a memorial gathering at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematoriums located at 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH on Friday February 14, 2025 between 6-8 PM with Marine Honors and Taps at 7:30 sharp.
