William Bill” Marvin Corbett, Jr, 73, left this world on October 6, 2023 after a 6 month battle with cancer with his loving husband Brad by his side. Bill was an amazing partner, friend, brother, uncle, cousin and dog dad who touched the lives of so many with his kindness, compassion and unwavering love.

Born on November 4, 1949 in Lincoln, ME, Bill was a remarkable man with a zest for life that was infectious. He spent 3 decades helping grow the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Bill retired from Dana-Farber as the Director of Research Administration. Later in life he met his soul mate Brad.

Bill loved spending his Summer’s up at his seasonal home in Wells, ME, as well as vacationing at his favorite spot, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Anyone who knew Bill, knew his love of the beach, as well as a glass of Pinot Grigio.

Bill will be remembered for his warm smile, his hearty laugh, his amazing desserts and his incredible strength in the face of adversity. He will leave behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Bill is survived by his beloved husband Brad Bosse of Hooksett, NH, his black lab Angus Gus”, his brother Craig Corbett of Carmel, ME, his sister Jackie Corbett of Oliver, British Columbia, multiple cousins, nieces & nephews, as well as his second family Colleen, Adam, Carly, Bailey, Hayden and Naia.

A Celebration Of Life will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 5-9pm at Fratellos in Manchester, NH to celebrate the life of this remarkable individual and bid them a fond farewell.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as it was very close to Bills heart.
