William A. Cripps

William A. Cripps, 59, of Manchester, died November 6, 2006 in Manchester. He was born in Framingham, MA on April 19, 1947 the son of Alvin Cripps Jr. and Margaret E. (Brady) Cripps. He was educated in Massachusetts. From 1960 through 1963 he was a resident of the Morgan Charles Hayden Goodwill Inn. Until 1987 he was employed by a carnival that was headquartered in Massachusetts; he was charged with the maintenance and running of the carousel. For many years he was a member of the Candia Congregational Church. While a resident of Manchester he often stayed at the New Horizon’s Shelter for NH. Mr. Cripps has no known relatives but many friends. His Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday from 10 to 12:30 at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester. His Funeral Service will be held in the Union Chapel in the Funeral Home at 12:30pm. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester. In lieu of flowers a donation in Bill’s name can be made to New Horizons Shelter for NH, 199 Manchester, NH 03103.
