William A. Francoeur

William A. Francoeur, Sr., 74, formerly of Lake Avenue, died June 6, 2001 at the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton. He was born in Manchester on August 26, 1926, the son of Ernest and Clara (Dupuis) Francoeur and had resided in the city for most of his life. He served in the US Air Force for twenty years and was a World War II Veteran. Family members include his daughter, Linda Ricker of Barnstead; two sons, William Francoeur, Jr., of CO and Roger Francoeur of Manchester; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A memorial reception will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St. on Friday evening from 5 to 6 PM with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 6:00 PM.
