William F. Griffus

William F. Griffus, 51, of Valley West Way, Manchester, died October 12, 2004, at the Merrimack Community Hospice House. He was born at the US Naval Hospital in Corona, California on January 21, 1953, the son of Etta H. (Barnard) Griffus and the late John L. Griffus and resided in Manchester for over 40 years. He was a graduate of Manchester West High School, Class of 1973. William was a dedicated Xerox employee for 20 years. In His Life: He was predeceased by his sister, Mrs. Thomas (Mary) Kounelas and his brother, John W. Griffus. He loved his two grandchildren; Joseph W. Lemay and Marie Emiline Lemay, both of Manchester, his two nephews; David Kounelas of Goffstown and Jermey Griffus of Hudson, NH,; his two nieces; Mrs. Gregory (Kelly) Herr of Concord, NH and Mrs. Michael (Jenny) Luciano of Hillsboro, NH and numerous friends and extended family. Family members also include two daughters; Bianka I. Griffus and Mrs. Mark (Danika S.) Lemay, both of Manchester, his mother of Manchester. SERVIVES: Relatives and friends may call at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, on Thursday from 10 AM to 12:30 with the service immediately following at 12:30 in the funeral home chapel.
