William H. Nelson

William H. Nelson, 80, of 5 West Rosedale Avenue, died June 11, 2006 at his residence. He was born in Manchester on June 1, 1926 and was a long time resident of the area. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. After that, he enlisted in the United States Air Force until his retirement with 28 years of combined service to our county. In his life: Family members include his wife of 14 years, Lorraine (Pelletier) Nelson; one son, one daughter and several grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Leathers of FL and Robert Leathers of Manchester; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. He was predeceased in life by his first wife, Ester (Anderson) Nelson and by a brother, Ernest “Hap” Leathers. A graveside service will take place on Tuesday June 20, 2006 at 3:00 in Holbrook Cemetery, Candia. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
