William Spooner Smith

William "Billy" Spooner Smith III, 58, formerly of NH, passed away at the Palmetto Baptist Hospital in Columbia, SC on December 5, 2018.

He was born in Buffalo, NY on May 28, 1960, the son of William Spooner Smith, Jr. and Carole (Clark) Smith. He spent his youth in Buffalo, moved to NH where he resided for ten years before moving to SC 30 years ago. His work was in a variety of sales positions. Billy was a devout Christian and his "work" was his passion spreading Gods word and the truth of the Bible. He loved his family and enjoyed watching sports and playing chess.

Family members include his mother of Concord; three sisters, Lisa S. Mudge of Pembroke, Julie C. Jones of Hillsboro, and Leslie E. Smith of Pembroke; and nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM in the mausoleum chapel at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor will be received at Bedford Road Baptist Church 67 Bedford Road Merrimack NH to further his mission.
