Yasiel Luian De Los Santos

Yasiel Luian De Los Santos, 23 months old, passed away after a courageous fight with leukemia on December 31, 2022. Born in Manchester, NH on January 27, 2021, he was a son of Esmer De Los Santos and Ceferino Caraballo.

During his brief visit on earth, Yasiel enjoyed watching Mickey Mouse, listening to music, playing with toys, and being held close by his family. He was loved beyond measure and will be greatly missed.

Yasiel is survived by his parents, Esmer De Los Santos and Ceferino Caraballo; his sister, Xyomara Caraballo; his grandparents, Carmen Caraballo, Esmeralda Carrion, Rafael De Los Santos and Jason Cottrell; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5^th from 5-7PM with a funeral service at 7PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester. For those who cannot attend in person, livestream will be available at https://phaneuf.net/streaming

 Burial will be private.
