Yolande (Ann) Turcotte Deschenes, affectionately known as Ann, passed away on March 22, 2025, in Manchester, NH, after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 24, 1938, in St. Methode, Canada, she moved to New Hampshire with her parents while in grade school and spent the majority of her life in the greater Manchester area.

Ann dedicated many years of her career as an administrative assistant at Raytheon, where she enjoyed her work and formed lasting friendships and connections with colleagues. She embraced her retirement with the same enthusiasm she brought to her profession, exploring her passions and spending cherished moments with loved ones.

Those who knew Ann know that she was an avid quilter and leaves behind a large collection of quilts and mementos for her family and friends. Her love for travel enriched her life as she wintered for fifteen years in Bradenton, FL, with her husband, Roland and traveled extensively around the world, striving to see as much as she could. Ann was also known for her exceptional cooking, having handed down her treasured personal recipes to her family. She cherished spending time with loved ones, especially during the festive seasons of Christmas and Easter.

A member of the Ladies of St. Anne Solidarity of St. Anthony of Padua, Ann was known for her loving nature and great sense of humor, qualities that endeared her to many. Her legacy will continue through the love she nurtured and the memories she created with those around her.

Ann's family was at the heart of her life. She is survived by her son, Daniel Lemire; daughter, Donna McGee (Lenny). Ann also leaves behind four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, along with her brothers, Gilles Turcotte and Denis Turcotte, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband Roland Deschenes, son Gary Lemire, and sister Lucille Wood. Her memory will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
