Yvette A. (Billy) Charron, 86, formerly of 98 Boynton Street, died May 2, 2004 at Harborside Northwood Nursing Home in Bedford. She was born in Manchester on October 14, 1917, the daughter of Euclide and Victorine (Provencher) Billy and has been a lifelong resident of the city. She had worked at Sully Superette for 23 years until her retirement. After that, she volunteered at Catholic Medical Center. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church and a member of the St. Annes Sodality of Sacred Heart. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the widow of Emile D. Charron who died in 1981. Family members include her son, Reginald Charron of Manchester; five daughters, Pauline Henderson of Merrimack, Priscilla Spratt, Jacqueline Brodeur and Claudette Beaudin all of Manchester and Collette Ouellette of Northport, FL; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; a sister, Simone Harris of Manchester; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
