Yvonne Charpentier

Yvonne Charpentier, 75, of Manchester, NH died March 30, 2006, at Harborside Health Care after a brief battle with cancer. She was born in Goffstown, NH on May 1, 1930, the daughter of Albert and Rose (Roy) Savard, and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Yvonne loved the ocean and the sun. She was active with the William B. Cashin Senior Center, was an avid knitter and loved to crochet. She loved traveling and having family and friends over to share in holiday events. Mrs. Charpentier worked for Bee Bee Shoe, J.F. McElain and Pandora. She was the widow of Armand Charpentier who died in 1997. Family members include two sons, Raymond Charpentier of Hooksett and Donald Charpentier of Penacook, four granddaughters, one great grandson, and many close friends that will miss her. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Patrick Church. Burial will follow in the family lot in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
