Yvonne A. Smith

Yvonne A. Smith, 90, formerly of 30 Porter Street and most recently at 89 Haselton Court, Manchester, died February 20, 2002, at Maple Leaf Health Care Center. She was born in Weedon, P.Q. Canada on June 2, 1911, the daughter of the late Ovila and Clara (Bourque) Montour and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Mrs. Smith was a fancy stitcher at local factories and later at her home. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Parish. Family members include three sons, Raymond Smith of Hooksett, Richard Smith of Bedford and Roger Smith of Manchester, a daughter, Mrs. Armand (Pauline) Yergeau of Manchester, nine grandchildren, two sisters, Lydia Forest and Rita Gosselin, both of Manchester, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Anthony Church. Burial will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
