Zelda M. Coffren

Zelda Coffren of Northwood, NH passed away peacefully on January 14, 2022 at Maple Leaf Nursing Home, surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Zelda was born in Avon, ME, the daughter of Charlie and Beluah Huff. She began her career at Foster in Strong, ME and worked there until moving to New Hampshire. She then worked at Hitchener until retiring and began filling her time by working at Walmart. She was determined to graduate high school and finally did so in 1994.

Zelda loved and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also spent time knitting and shopping.

Zelda is survived by her daughters, Julie Pike and her husband Randy of Jay, ME, Sherry Nye and her companion David of NH, and Karen Dyar and her husband Thomas of NH, and two step sons; Colin and Ryan Coffren. She is also survived by one brother Charlie Huff and his wife Sharon of Jay, ME, five grandchildren; Kevin, Alan, Jessica, Joshua, and Brittany, and seven great-grandchildren; Haley, Carter, Kody, Kayden, Bailey, Kullbi, and Remington.

Zelda is predeceased by her parents Charlie and Beluah Huff, and her brother Richard Huff.

There willbe a celebration of her life in the spring in Maine.
